Refund Policy

Membership

A great majority of our membership categories are paid. Your satisfaction is of great concern to the Council. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, within 45 days from the purchase date, we will fully refund the cost of your order.

Events

The Council and our staff put a lot of time and efforts developing our events and promoting the expected outcomes. Given the intrinsic value and consideration our members and guest receive at each event we will provide and equal exchange for another NMTC event if you are not 100% satisfied with the event you attend. There are times when schedules change and you are not able to attend an event. We understand this however a great deal of cost is locked in as you get closer to the event. To that end we will provide 100% refund for an event purchase if your registration is canceled 31 calendar days prior to the scheduled event. There will be no refunds available 30 days prior to a Council event.
